Save the Children UK

HOME

Save the Children UK is currently undergoing exciting and substantial change, driven by an exciting strategic plan:

The next five to ten years are critical for children. Either this will be a time when huge advances are made for children, or a time of lost opportunity. At Save the Children, we have produced an organisation-wide strategic plan that sets out the vision of what we want to be and to have achieved

The essence of our strategic plan is that we must continue to inspire real, measurable breakthroughs for millions more of the world’s most vulnerable children. We have developed clear targets for our entire organisation to work towards, with the aim of directly improving the lives of four to eight million children every year through our work on the ground. We will also influence the lives of tens of millions more by inspiring changes in wider policy and practice

Central to realising this vision is a highly skilled and committed central finance workforce, and there is now an opportunity for you to be part of this exciting time of change. Whether you are about to qualify as an accountant embarking on your first steps in the sector, or have experience of leading divisional finance teams , then working for Save the Children UK and being part of one of the world’s leading international charities may be the opportunity that you are looking for, then we look forward to hearing from you.

Save the Children UK values a diverse workforce and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
