- The increasing diversification and growth of the organisation’s income streams, including increases in the magnitude and complexity of restricted funds
A direct consequence of this strategic review, lead by the Chief Executive Officer, is the recruitment of talented finance experts to raise the profile of the finance team. Without forward looking systems, upgraded technical expertise and improved processes in place to support the work done across the Finance function, ambitions of being a cost effective organisation will not be realised. In addition, the organisation is seeking to increase its income streams significantly and improve performance levels. This will be facilitated by the finance department working alongside the rest of the organisation as a valued business partner.
